Job: Footwear Salesperson (Permanent Part-Time)

Business: Just Comfort Shoes, Mooloolaba, a family-owned specialty comfort footwear store.

Hours: Mon-Thurs 10am–1pm.

Pay: $28.12/hour (General Retail Level 4).

Role: Our main in-store customer service person during peak hours, helping customers find shoes that make a real difference to their comfort and mobility.

Duties: Answering phone and email enquiries, advising customers, fitting shoes, operating the POS system, processing online orders, recording details for purchases by organisations (Department of Veterans' Affairs, NDIS plan managers, Home Care Package providers and podiatrists), receiving stock, managing display and stock shelves, tidying and cleaning, basic product photography.

Requirements: Friendly, reliable, and available for shifts of 10am-1pm Monday to Thursday; accurate typing at 50+ wpm; if possible, experience with retail, footwear, POS & ecommerce, and elderly clients.
